Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy


Is available to customers located within 50km of our Mississauga office for items less than 80" wide and other qualified items. 


Any damage caused by transport not made directly by Allure Shade Systems Inc. is not our responsibility. Claims should be made directly to the carrier within 24 hours from receipt of goods.
Orders including shipping are courier only. Any items over 9' will be subject to a freight charge.


You may choose to pickup your order at our Mississauga factory once you receive a confirmation for pickup. Please confirm with the office before arriving to ensure your order is ready. Pickup only available during office hours. 

Return & Cancellation Policy


Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations after the material has been cut one working day after the order has been placed.


Returns will only be accepted if prior authorization and a return number has been given by the factory. Merchandise returned must be in our original packaging.


Do not hesitate to call the factory if there is a problem. We will repair or replace at no cost any blind not made to specifications. Obtain a return authorization number and return to factory. Products that we do not manufacture directly will have to be dealt with their respective manufacturer.
